Mother's Day card

Hello - it's been awhile since I've made a post. Had 2 card classes last week and have one over in Spokane at my sisters this weekend so been pretty busy. I made this card today and am thinking of using it in my next card class in a few weeks. Was my first attempt at using the seam binding and the Springtime Vintage DSP. And can you believe it - I didn't CASE this card - I actually came up with it on my own!!!

Clean and simple

Thought I would post this clean and simple card I just made. Took no time at all and will be perfect to keep on hand for any occasion. A great card for my daughter to use as well.

I cased this card off of the Stampers Showcase - love the perfect plum color. This is the Bliss set out of the SAB catalog.

I cased this one from Sarah Wills - isn't it adorable? I think I like the early espresso and cajun craze colors together. Mini Comp Notebooks

Now here is the latest project I've been working on. I covered some mini composition notebooks that I found at the dollar store - 3 in a pack - aren't they adorable?? Perfect to keep in your purse or car to jot down notes, phone numbers, etc. I also made some tags with the Two Tags die for the Bigshot and some Sunny Garden DSP to match. These make great gifts!

1. I've been making greeting cards for over 10 years
2. I don't consider myself crafty at all....I'm just a great copier!
3. Must get that from my hubby since he sells copiers! hee hee...
4. I am a SAHM of 1 boy and 1 girl
5. I have a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and worked in the hotel industry for several years
6. I was a cheerleader and on the weight lifting team in high school...yeah those 2 sports didn't go together very well!
7. I still lift weights twice a week
8. Watching my kids play sports is my favorite thing to do
